The App Overview page had six unique states depending on where the developer was in their journey and the type of app.
Each of these overview pages lacked consistency, wherein some cards in certain states would reveal new information about the state of the app, others would serve as a way finding tool, and some were simply dead-ends.
Based on Shopify's GSD framework, a Proposal needs to be made to the SLT to justify resourcing a project.
Once the proposal was OK-ed, I worked with my direct IC report on a plan to Prototype that would then get approved by SLT to move to Build.
